In less than six weeks, the season to be a piggy beer-swilling, crisp-munching monster will be upon us (oh, and to remember when some bloke called Jesus was born), so to get ahead of the game – and to prepare myself for hitting the Sydney beaches on Boxing Day – I am going to be posting pictures of my training. Most days. This is to not only keep myself on track, but to hopefully inspire some of you lazy fuckers to get on board as well. I will even be posting snaps of my meals and I will own up if I’ve slipped off the health boat, which, let’s face it, is going to happen. It’s all about balance. Regardless of hangovers I promise you I will still be active and getting into shape for my #sydneybeachcountdown. Are you going to join me?
